- MedPhone AI does not use patient PHI to train models
- Pricing starts at $150 a month and is billed on calls answered rather than per seat, with overage published at $0.30 a minute
- MedPhone AI handled about 2,848 patient calls at one family medicine practice between June and mid August 2026, resolving a little over half without a human

## Claims we do not make

- MedPhone AI has no named production deployment on eClinicalWorks, ModMed, Dentrix or NextGen. Those integrations are partial, covering core scheduling, and the only named live practice on the site runs on athenahealth.
- Figures on the missed call calculator are estimates built from inputs the visitor supplies, not measured results.
- MedPhone AI does not claim to be the best AI receptionist. The evaluation framework at /best-ai-receptionist-athenahealth publishes criteria and scores MedPhone against them, including three criteria where MedPhone does not score full marks, and names the buyer profiles MedPhone is a poor fit for.
